First MAX ride

He had the best smile.
Only July 13th, 2010, we took Henry on his first MAX ride. We rode from Hillsboro to the "big tunnel" or the sunset tunnel. This was always Henry's favorite stop.
You and dad rode together, while Henry and I sat opposite of you guys. You held on so tight to dad's arm... you were quite nervous.
Henry was too small to be scared. He just rode the train and watched it all.

You and your brother. You didn't always know what to do with him, but you always loved him.

Henry started to sit up with a little help from dad. You played with the "dooder" and played music for us all to hear.

 Me and my sweet boys.

I think this might be Henry's first piggy back ride. We were all outside watching you and BobBob play with a ball.

First time in the Pacific

While Henry had been to the beach before, the first time his toes touched the water was June 27th. We are in Cannon Beach, and it was a warm day.

 He loved the beach.
And he loved to be tickled.

The Red Tricycle

For your second birthday, Grandma and Grandpa got you a red tricycle. Henry was WAY to small for it.
Look at how small you were on it. You and Pengu tried your best to ride it, it still was a few months before you were big enough to ride it all on your own.

Henry started to grow more, and we were able to unhook him from his pulse oximeter. He started to smile and become more playful.

While this is a bad picture of Henry, it let's us see inside of his mouth and see his cleft palate a bit.

Professional Pictures

Your first set of brother professional pictures. It was almost impossible to get the two of you in the same picture. When we were ready to give up, you ran by and gave Henry this sweet kiss.

Our second beach trip was May 9th. We were getting you both into clean clothes in the back of the car.

growing

Henry started to grow, and was able to sit up more. He would need his binkie in his mouth so he wouldn't choke on his tongue. You would stay close to make sure he was OK.

We started to travel a bit more too. Here we are in Salem visiting Grandma and Grandpa.
Henry would always be close to his oximeter, you would always be close to Henry.

We made our first beach trip on April 19th.
